You can return any item within 14 days for a full refund even if you’ve simply changed your mind. Just complete the form included with your order and be sure to enclose it with your return. And obviously send your item back in unused condition with its original packaging so that it can be re-sold.
If your item is faulty or was damaged when you received it then we will pay your return postage and refund your original postage. You just need to email us explaining the problem and quoting your original order number and the product code of the item you wish to return. We will send you a returns label for you to return your item free of charge via Royal Mail.
We may in certain circumstances arrange a free of charge return even if your item is not faulty or damaged, especially if the item is part of a larger order and you are keeping other items. All you need to do is email us the details of what you’re sending back and we’ll let you know if we can cover the cost of your return postage.
In all other circumstances you will need to arrange your own return postage and insure the item as required.
If you don't have your order number or the product code to hand when completing the form, don't worry too much. It does help us to have as much information as possible to process your return quickly but as long as we have your name and a way of contacting you, there should be no real problem.
