We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible delivery service. We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on the items ordered and the service required. 

During the checkout process you will also have the opportunity to complete a ‘special delivery instruction’ section so please tell us if there’s anything we need to know to ensure your order is received as quickly and safely as possible. We can request for your order to be left in a safe place but if you provide such an instruction we cannot be held liable once the order has been delivered.






FREE UK standard delivery

For all standard orders over £75.00 

Items will be sent either Royal Mail 48; Royal Mail Special Delivery; or Parcelforce if the item is especially heavy or fragile.

Items will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days but this is not guaranteed.



Standard UK delivery

For total value standard orders less than £3.50 (for example a single greeting card) the item will be sent Royal Mail Second Class and the cost for protective packaging and postage is £1.25.

For orders with a total value between £3.50 and £75.00 the charge for packaging and postage is £4.95 and items will be sent Royal Mail 48; Royal Mail Special Delivery; or Parcelforce if the item is especially large.

Items will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days but this is not guaranteed.

Next Day Delivery & Bank Holidays

If you select the next day delivery option after 1 pm on a (normal) Friday, your item will not normally be processed until the following Monday and will not be delivered until the Tuesday. This will however not apply on bank holiday Mondays when the item would be processed on the Tuesday to arrive on the Wednesday.

If it is Good Friday then any orders placed after 1 pm on the preceding Thursday will not be processed until the next working day.

Bespoke/Hand-Made Items

Please note that certain products may be bespoke and hand-made to order. This will be specified within the product description/additional information and guaranteed next day delivery* will not be available on these products. We will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as we possibly can but for these specified items we quote an estimated lead time of 7-10 days.

Courier Deliveries

Furniture and especially large, heavy or fragile and valuable items are not covered by our standard delivery options and policies. These items will be delivered by courier. The cost of such deliveries will be set out on the individual product page in the additional information section. This cost will be added to your order at the checkout.

Busy Periods

During very busy periods (Christmas for example) it may take a little longer to process your order and sometimes delivery will be slower too. We will however do everything we can to make sure you receive your item as quickly as possible and we really do understand the disappointment that can be caused if a gift doesn't arrive in time so don't worry, if it can be done we'll definitely do it. We've been known to deliver by hand if that's what's needed!

Can Gallop Guru deliver worldwide?

Yes but postage is charged according to weight so we are unable to accept purchases directly via the website. Please email us on telling us what you would like to purchase and which country you are in as well as any special requests such as gift-wrapping. We will advise you via email what the cost will be including P & P. If you are happy to proceed we will send you a Paypal money request and once settled ship your order. We have processed many orders using this method to customers all over the world.

Can Gallop Guru do next day delivery?

Yes, but there are some limitations - see table above. Our next day delivery service is not guaranteed but it is generally reliable. You must place your order before 1pm though.
